We stock many standard parts and have the design files for a number more. Please see below for a small selection of the plastic pipe fittings that we offer:
  • Barrel Nipple: A cylindrical connector with male threads on both ends, commonly used to extend pipe length or join two female-threaded fittings.
  • Plain/Thread Barrel Nipple: Similar to the standard barrel nipple but featuring threaded connections on both ends for easy integration into threaded systems.
  • EPDM Flat Gasket: A flat gasket made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, known for its excellent resistance to heat, weather, and chemicals. Ideal for sealing connections.
  • Full Face Gasket: A gasket with a full-face design, covering the entire surface between flanges to provide a comprehensive seal.
  • Thread/Thread Socket: A socket fitting with threaded connections on both ends, facilitating easy installation and removal.
  • Sockets: Connectors with plain ends, allowing pipes to be inserted for a secure and sealed joint in plumbing systems.
  • Reducing Bushes Plain/Thread: Bushings with one plain end and one threaded end, designed to reduce the diameter of a pipe fitting.
  • Thread/Thread Reducing Bushes: Similar to reducing bushes, but with threaded connections on both ends for easy integration into threaded systems.
  • Back Nuts: Nuts used to secure and tighten threaded fittings, providing stability and preventing leaks.
  • Threaded Plug: A plug with male threads used to close off or cap the end of a pipe or fitting.
